  Where to begin! The Reception Hall, Palacio Real, is truly an amazing venue. The staff and owner are very helpful and ensure that their customers get the service they deserve! My family and I had been looking at venues for a while before my sister had decided on the venue that she wanted for her quinceanera. Initially, my sister had settled for a previous venue. My parents had signed a contract to officially begin the planning of the party. However, we came across this reception hall and my sister fell in love as soon as she saw it. Unfortunately we had to cancel with the other venue and then we were able to come to this venue. Throughout the entire time that my mother and sister would come to the venue to plan on what the tables were going to look like, how the setup was going to be, etc, all of the staff members were incredibly nice and helpful. They are very attentive to what the customer wants! The only downfall that we would have to point out would be that the day of the event, the banquet for the food that we had contracted within the reception hall was approximately two hours late. I understand that the reception hall is unable to control the banquets staff, however, we were relying on the fact that if the venue had recommended the banquet, then we would get excellent service just like the reception hall has provided. Despite the fact that that was not the case, we were still content with how the venue responded to this issue. They acted very professional and truly took action on the issue. Overall, I would definitely recommend this venue! The owner and staff make planning your party so much easier!

  I honestly recommend this salon. Service was amazing from when you make the contract to when you pick up your deposit. They are willing to do any adjustments. All the staff is really organized and nice. They will make sure you ENJOY your event.

  This establishment is BEAUTIFUL! I looked at other places and nothing came close. I had a stress free Sweet 16 for my daughter. The service they offer before, during and after thee event is top notch! We didn't worry about anything...
  
  I'd love to have another party at Palacio Real, just looking for a reason! The cost of my daughter's even was extremely affordable. Palacio Real allowed my daughter's driver to drive in and drop her off on the dance floor. I'm beyond impressed with this remarkable establishment and how fantastic they are.
