Perfect Dental Group

The staff and doctor here are very accomodating. They were friendly over the phone and got me in the same day. Got my initial check-up and cleaning. Didn’t feel intimidating at all. It was a pleasant experience and I would be back with my family!!

I like this dental office because everyone (yes, the doctor included) treats me with respect. They spent time explaining my treatment plan and the doctor actually had me hold the mirror and showed me cavities in my mouth and pointed to the teeth he was working on. He took time greeting me, talked about the NBA Finals and sports overall, making me feel comfortable. He seems to enjoy what he does because he said he doesn’t like to rush his patients out of the office. I will bring my family in to have a check up in July. Good works from Perfect Dental Group deserve my time to write this five star review!!!

Every time I call this office, the staff picks up the phone instantly in a polite and friendly manner, not like most office where the staff members act like robots (don't you hate it when you call a business and the one on the other line sounds that they are ready to go home). I never wrote a review for a business, let alone dental office since most people don't like dentist. Dr. Le took time talking to me and explained why some people have bad experience in a dental chair. After some works done in my mouth, I know why: most dentists in AZ work for corporations and they don't have enough time to work on patients; don't take time to numb patients; don't give enough anesthetics; or flat out just want to move to the next patient simply because time's not on their side. This is Dr. Le's private dental practice and he takes time for you (of course there's waiting at times; this is not in-and-out burger). I'll never go anywhere else since they treat me with RESPECT!!!

Perfect Dental Group staff stands out because of their friendliness on the phone, while you are there, and after you leave. It takes time to write a good review, especially if you really appreciate what people have done for you in your life. There's so much hatred and negativity, and it's nice for me to recognize great and caring service from this office. The dentist, Dr. Le, takes his time to talk to me, shows me my problems using x-rays and visual aids, explains what needs to be done instead of rushing me out of the office like at my other medical office (most places have assistants do all the talking and the doctor spends only five minutes talking to you). My kids were offerred toys to keep them busy. They even give out dental floss, paste, and a travel toothbrush in a nice case. I liked the safety goggle they put on me during a dental procedure and they ended up giving me one. I totally appreciate what they've done for me!!!
