“I opened up a new account and wanted to buys a few things. No one in customer service knew how to print temporary pass for a commercial account. After dealing with three people at the customer service desk and calling a 1800 # I was finally taken care of by one of the cashiers. (1 hour later) The ladies were helpful just did know what to do. Sounds like a training issue. Hope I don't have to mess with is kinds stuff in the future.”

“Started out not great cause they were over an hour late, I did get a call regarding them being behind and running late but they could’ve called earlier it would’ve helped me plan my day better. Communication should be better.... after that they showed up... yes asked for money up front and yes OBVIOUSLY they used my electricity (they’re a mobile service of course they’re going to use my electricity ????????♂️) anyway SUPER pleasant male and female team, very helpful with questions, did an AMAZING job and superb cleanup job!! I WILL absolutely use them again and DEFINITELY refer them to everyone I know.... the price is perfect and the job done was just as perfect!!! Use them or don’t... but they’re great and do an awesome job!! Again the communication could use some help but otherwise greatness!! Thank you Superior Window Tint!!”

They had tons of different Chinese food options that are traditional, as well as a few different things such as enchiladas, hot wings, and a pretty decent solid bar!. Well all of the food I had was pretty good, the only thing I was disappointed with was the hot and sour soup. Seem like it's been sitting there too long and had it overpowering flavor that was strange. Overall the experience was excellent, and the food was fresh. The service was great.”

“I’m a new resident at Ventana Palms it’s very spacious and clean. I met with Ana and she took me on various tours, before I became a resident. She was very helpful and nice, she always greeted me with a smile, and was very helpful. I knew that Ventana Palms was the place for me because its spacious, and clean, my place has new floors,new counter tops, new bathroom, and a new washing machine. I’m very happy to be apart of such a great team and resident. There’re very professional and with excellent customer service. When I say team I mean Ana and Kristi works well together, when Ana was off work I had an one on one with Kristi to pay my deposit and she was just as nice and courteous as well. Kristi also help me with identifying my parking space key fog and entrance remote and answer every bit of my thousand questions with patience and a smile.
