  Form Floral made me the dreamiest wedding bouquet (and floral spray, boutonnières, floral hair puns for the bridal party, AND the most perfect hair piece for after I took off my veil.) I know my style, had a few ideas saved on Pinterest, but I did not have TOO specific of an idea for what I wanted the bouquet to look like. Malori was able to make me a vision board (huge relief when she took that off my plate) and then executed BEYOND what I could have hoped for. I got so many compliments, and our photographers even used photos of the bouquet to make phone backgrounds! The team is super responsive, super professional, and I could not imagine having anyone else do my flowers. I hardly needed any other decor because the flowers stole the show! Highly recommend!

  Malori is a floral genius and the sweetest person. You can tell she truly loves what she does and puts that love into her work and clients. I love getting to work with her and whenever someone says they hired her I eagerly await what beauty and uniqueness she's come up with. Love you Malori & team!

  Malori and her team were a dream to work with!! Planning a destination wedding can be stressful but within minutes of meeting Malori, of Form Floral, I knew I made the right decision. I was drawn to her aesthetic and the organic look to of her floral creations and trusted Malori and her team to bring my vision to life. Malori went out of her way to make sure that my big day went off without a hitch - Malori even met me at each venue walk-through to make sure every detail was accounted for. When I walked into the room on my wedding day I was BLOWN AWAY, everything I had pictured in my head had been brought to life.
  
  My bouquet was what dreams were made of - colorful, large and a complete showstopper. Every cocktail and lounge table was adorned with a cluster of florals and cacti. In the dining room, candles and greenery tied everything together and outside, the Form Floral team transformed an archway into a masterpiece.

  Malori was recommended to me by my wedding planner, Kelsey with Jane in the Woods. I can not tell you how absolutely blown away we were with our florals. After simply showing her our mood board and floral inspiration, she was able to seamlessly execute the bohemian desert vibe we desired. She even custom designed a beautiful arch for us! Malori was professional, kind and organized, aside from being incredibly talented. I can't recommend her enough!
