Been living here for 1 year but there have been a few issues with the townhouse one of the rooms had a leak in the ceiling an a water blob formed was fix after 1 and a half months. The bathroom tub is also leaking there is a giant water mark on the main floor below were the bathroom is. The water mark is fixed after 1 month but the tub still has a crack in it and when ever you standing in the tub it fell like there is water below the surface. The Maintenance staff is short staffed take about a week or 2 for them to even show up. There is no guest parking. It's is fifty dollar just to have a garage and you have to be opened by hand. The full plan on the website is not accurate. The rent is astonishing for how many problems I have had the rent has went up twice in less the 2 years for the townhouses. The community in stonepoint are vary welcoming and friendly. There is also a dog area for your little friend.

I have lived here for nearly 4 years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The staff and property manager are so kind and responsive and you never have to wait to get help with anything. The grounds are always well kept and welcoming. This is a great place to live (my dog agrees!)

I have driven past Stone Point for years on my way to the hospital, I haven’t thought I’d actually be living there. The upkeep is amazing, it’s quiet & family & pet friendly. The staff is really nice. I’m sure I drove the property manager crazy over the past few months while my family was preparing to move in, but she was very patient, answered all of my questions, and when she didn’t know the answer, she worked hard to get it for me. She deserve a raise “haha”. But the service received was nothing short of amazing, and the home was equally amazing. I’m looking forward to being here with my family until we buy our house. I definitely recommend this place and this area, you won’t be disappointed.

I have lived here for over a year and recently renewed my lease again. The staff at this apartment is amazing and very kind. When they see you they will always say hello! Another great thing about this apartment is there is no weight limit for your dogs, which is very hard to find now days. Stone Point Apartments is a very great community and hosts events as well. Not much more I could ask for!

Lived here for 4 years and we made really good memories. Neighbors were all nice, never had any issues. Property manager Kathy is easy to work with and she is genuinely nice. My favorite thing about this place is the maintenance team. Nick and Willie are always 100% on all their service calls and take good care of the unit when requested. If I had to list one negative I'd say that the thing I liked the least were the people who owned dogs. Management needs to be more strict with how people pick up after their pets droppings. I'll still give 5 stars because that's just people being irresponsible pet owners and not management. Thanks for the beautiful memories Stone Point!
