Their staff is very cheerful and my son and I both enjoyed going to his services. When the Covid shut down occurred they were very quick to do online services which we have continued to do. All of the therapist have adapted well to the new format and are very good at thinking outside the box to create activities that can been done through video chat. We also switched to Milestone for Speech Therapy and our therapist is great and really finds ways to connect to my son with autism. In just two sessions they are having very positive verbal interactions as he also does with the other two therapists.
