    I have never been treated rudely at this office and Ive never had a hold time of more than 5 minutes. Dr S.O. tries to get me to take statins but when I refused he didn't have a cow, just asked me to take some non-prescription supplements. I wish they would put some renewals on my prescriptions because I have to call and get them renewed every month.

    I have been coming to Providence General for about 20 years. I go to the office 1 or 2 times a month.i have only made appts 3 times the other times I walked in. Dr.Scicalo is a wonderful doctor. I have sent 7 people to him and they love him. He is very concerned about every person who come into the office.i know when your sick the time to wait seems longer and every little thing bothers you. So I'm sure some poor reviews were written from people who got annoyed. I've never waited an hour
