IES Southwest

We love living here! Compared to all the other apartment complexes I’ve lived at, this one is definitely the best-maintained, with the most knowledgeable and friendly staff. They do a great job fixing things quickly when issues come up and we have never had any serious problems while living hear the past 2.5 years. Some really nice amenities - I spend a lot of time in the clubhouse working on my laptop, because it’s such a relaxing and well-kept space to hang out! Gym is AMAZING, has everything the average person would need. Our actual apartment has also served us well the past few years, some minor gripes here and there (ex: cheap paint that rubs off the walls when you try and clean it) but overall we really love it. If you need to be in this part of town you’d be hard pressed to find an overall better complex!

Great place to live! I have not had any problems since moving in and love the events they have for the residents! I hope to see more in the future!!

Enjoy my short term rental stay here. The apartment was nice and quiet. With mostly all new equipment for the kitchen and bathroom. The patio is a little useful but pretty small. The shaded parking spot is great. The amenities around the complex are great, two pools, big flat screen tvs, grass, and a nice community house. The gym was my favorite, everything is new and clean. The best part of the gym is you can use it whenever! Only complaints are the dog waste everywhere and the mailbox.
