First time into their office and had a great experience. Strong customer service, didn’t feel rushed, doc and hygienist both took time to explain what they saw and treatments. Will return!
Office was very clean and welcoming. Staff was very kind and made me feel comfortable. Dr Munkel was very nice and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend this office and Dr Munkel!
Besides being a wonderful dentist, great at his technical skills, Dr. Munkel is a compassionate, affable person who gets to know his patients. He is there for you always. The office staff, dental assistants, hygienist, are all top notch . I highly recommend this practice.
I highly recommend Dr. Munkel for your dental care. On a personal level . . He cares, he listens with no judgement (even when he knows you’re eating too much sugar), he is kind, and he’s really good and quick with dental procedures. And a bonus is all the incredibly sweet ladies he has hired to work in his office.
Dr. Munkel is also very innovative, offering help and treatment for a variety of issues related to the mouth . . E.g. teeth cleaning, stopping teeth grinding, better sleep . . .
Going to the dentist isn’t something we look forward to but it helps when everyone greets you with a smile and kind words!
Best dentist facility hands down. Highest degree of technology and professionalism. I’ve had a number of dentist over the years and Dr Munkel is the best. His crew and office staff are as well. Great personalities and efficiency, they are a well oiled machine. I’ve had things fixed that another dentist didn’t do well and caused issues. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I trust their opinion and decision making.
