Despite of the order back up they had, since my bike had a seemingly quick fix, they fixed it up right away. They let me know what was wrong and everything. Awesome service thank you! Oh and side note: great radio music taste lol

We noticed Gordy's excellent reviews and decided to go to them for help when we needed a flat tire fixed. We were impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Not only did they fix our tire quickly, the cost was very reasonable. Although they sell high end products, they are happy to work with casual bike riders, too. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience the last couple of months here. I purchased one of their discounted bikes, and the employees were very friendly and helpful. When I came back for a tune up, and offhandedly mentioned that one of the screws used a hex key size I didn't have access to, they went out of their way to give me one with no hassle. Really made my week, 10/10 I highly recommend.
