Service is 5 stars, food is 4, and they have clean restrooms. We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in. Our server Vanessa was excellent. Drinks never got low. She saw that we had slowed down on eating and brought us to go containers and tops for our sauces. Cleared plates from the table and made sure everything was good.

The cactus blossom I felted was heavily battered and perhaps cooked in oil that needs to be changed. It left a burnt taste in my mouth. And the cheese on my potato wasn't melted as the potato was luke warm. Other than that my husbands steak was cooked how he liked it and seasoned well. My chicken was tender and green beans were nice.

Someone thanked us for coming as we were leaving. I'm inclined come back.

It was wonderful!! We did have to wait about 40 minutes but they have a room with heat that you can go to and wait. We didn't mind waiting at all. Got seated and our server Dedra came right to us and was extremely nice wearing a mask. It was very clean and they were really busy. The restroom was clean also. She took our order we got our food in a short bit. It was delicious 😋🤤 I got the New York Strip and had it cooked well and it was still very nice and juicy and tender. The mashed potatoes were excellent 👌 My very good best friend got pork chops with green beans and fries. They were excellent as well. But the bread is to die for. Nice and hot with extremely good soft butter 🧈 that spreads so good. We had an extremely great experience. Our first time being at this one and it didn't disappoint. Thank you Dedra and thank you Texas Roadhouse for the wonderful food and for coming to Cartersville. We'll definitely be back.

New favorite steakhouse, and specifically this location. First and foremost, the food was cooked and seasoned PERFECTLY!!! Service was an A+, Brandon at the bar where we were seated was personable, attentive and obviously enjoyed his job and took pride in making his customers feel welcome and happy. Lots of big screen tvs and each one had a different channel, something for everyone.
As we left with our belly’s full, I took note that the restaurant is handicap accessible with lots of handicap parking spaces and probably my favorite thing was the veteran parking spot ❤️. Hopefully they will add a few more of these in their large lot.

We ordered for a group of 5 from the app. We placed our order around 11:00 and the pickup time was 12. We got there a little before 12 and had to wait until a little after 12:30 to finally get our food. An hour and a half to get food prepared for Togo is a little crazy. They also didn't give us any utensils, but didn't realize it until we had gotten back. The food itself was really good. We just had to wait forever for it. I had the filet with broccoli and also we shared one of the fried onions. The dipping sauce for that was great! The bread and the butter was also amazing! They have the best butter ever! If the wait time hadn't taken so long, they would have received 5 stars. But honestly, no matter how good it was, i don't have the lunch break time to wait that long for food, so I probably won't be going back.
