(November 13, 2018, 3:56 pm)I was overwhelmed and didn't know what to do or where to turn when our house was flooded when the toilet line broke. We came home from vacation to find everything soaking wet and moldy. Tavisha helped my family so much by getting the insurance company to set up a rental house for us. She got our claim settled fairly quickly and for three times the amount the insurance company wanted to pay us before we hired her. Yes, she can be a little slow to return calls, but we always knew that she was working hard to get our claim settled and, in the end, she did what she said she could do.

They have a lot of adjusters working there and I met with several of them to handle different parts of my claim. American Family only agreed to pay $1,536 and Property Claim Adjusters settled my claim for $43,797. We are very happy we hired them and will refer anyone we know to them if they ever have a claim.
(February 27, 2018, 6:14 pm)I had a great experience with this company after a house fire. My insurance company dragged their feet paying, and what they did pay was way too low. Tavisha got the claim moving again and fully paid. It took a while, but she got more than we were expecting. She found may things the insurance company missed. I'm very happy I called her and would work with her again in a heartbeat.
(February 5, 2018, 6:55 pm)i hired tavisha to help with my claim. the insurance company was not giving me much $$ as i thought they should for when my water pipe broken and flooded my house. she took care of everything and got more than 2 times what i had before. shes good and i would hire her again if hopefully not something like this happens ever again.
