(June 18, 2019, 6:24 pm)When my car was under warranty I was getting my service done at the dealer but this is the first 3rd party mechanic I’ve trusted based on reviews and recommendations in VW forums. Derek did a DSG service and some VCDS coding for me.
Not only did he not try upselling me on needless services or snake oil he actually offered to answer any questions I have when I’m doing my own self service.
Although it was just routine maintenance I had I left today with the impression that he enjoys and takes pride in his work- that’s who I want servicing my car. I’ll be back. -
