  This is an unusual pool store. The employees really want to make your experience with a pool be a success. They will take a lot of time to explain things to you and to help and guide you with the supplies you need. Then, they leave the final decision up to you. If you are wanting someone who can give you expert advice, this is the place for you. If you’re wanting to just walk in somewhere... buy something quick and leave and you don’t care about customer service....then you want to go somewhere else. They do not come more knowledgeable about pools and troubleshooting pool problems than Ralph!!! I drive a distance to go to this store!!! It is worth it!!!

  Ralph and Aaron are the main guys here and are super knowledgeable. Plus you can get pool chemicals here that are much higher quality than comparable products in the supermarkets and big boxes yet somehow cheaper.

  Ralph runs this location and is very knowledgeable and helpful. He takes time to explain how to solve pool issues. I recently upgraded my entire pump, light, filter to a Hayward w/ Omnilogic control, and Ralph helped me put the package together that best fit our needs. Jerome installed the equipment, and was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Free water tests, loyalty program, and friendly help. This store has a very family owned feel to it unlike larger corporate competitors.
