Was told to remove my mask, and that it could not be worn during the procedure with no explanation. Isn't "masking up" the protocol for remaining covid free?

Everyone here was so nice. Front desk staff were bright and pleasant to talk to. They seemed to get along with each other. There was no waiting after I filled out my paperwork. When Julie took me back for my diagnostic test, she introduced herself and explained everything she was doing and what I should expect. Five stars!

Appointment scheduling was smooth. I had two orders that were taken care of the same day. A real time saver. Both techs were caring and didn't make me wait. I was in and out with out a lot of fuss. Perfect!

The staff was kind. And the mammogram tech was helpful. She explained what I could expect. From my visit.bwhich is always unnerving. My Mama had a mastectomy so since it runs in my family. And it's through my Mama. So I get a mammogram once a year. I have been putting it off because of a discharge coming from both breast. But the mammogram tech told me the doc would read my images and if she felt I should have an ultrasound on both breast to make sure there were no abnormalities. The ultrasound tech was also informative and kind and helpful. Overall my visit was very nice and calming. I'm always afraid I will have an abnormal mammogram. But I haven't yet. And I'm 61 years old. Thanks for being informative and kind and helpful.

My experience was great, they got me in the day after I called to schedule. When I got to the appointment the office staff was friendly and efficient. The wait time was minimal and my radiologist made me feel extremely comfortable. I will definitely go back for any future testing.
