I’ve used 4 gyms in Welland and Anytime Fitness is the best by a long shot. Amazing staff, and super clean place. It is expensive and that’s the only thing keeping me from giving this great place 5 stars.

The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The gym is well-equipped and spaced out given the nature of it being a smaller, private club. Even at peak hours I am always able to have a successful workout with the equipment desired. My fiancé and I have both had wonderful experiences coming here, and are proud AFWelland members ☺️

I started my personal training sessions with Ashley and Jo any couldn't be more pleased! They both really took the time to get to know my fitness goals and learn about my history. Ashley created a custom workout plan to match my goals and they are amazing! I have never felt so comfortable working out and confident in my abilities to push myself.

Ashley has also been very supportive while the gym has been closed and following up with me to make sure that I'm staying active while at home! She is helping me customize and modify our workout plan to fit my lifestyle at home.

Highly recommend them for personal training especially if you have never had a personal trainer before.

This was the only Goodwill store that I was able to find the selected color tags on $1 Thursday. Other Goodwills will not even have any, and most of the time, I spend an hour or two looking for it. I also want to give a shout out to the nice cashier lady who I saw greeted the customer in front of me with grace. She also treated me well and asked me questions about my day and purchases. It was a small gesture, but it's so rare to find these days.
