Amazing studio, VERY clean. Have been doing Kundalini Yoga with Trace for about 8 weeks now.....literally life changing once we starting learning about ourself and our energies.
Had my first Reiki this weekend all i can say is WOW BEAUTIFUL experience ❤️

TYL was referred to me for yoga as a way to reintroduce physical activity into my life. As an unexpected bonus, TYL blends yoga with meditation, a practice of mine which I also had let lapse. Their classes have changed my life. The people: owner, instructors, classmates, create welcome & joy with their empathy, energy, knowledge, depth, diversity, & sisterhood. With comprehensive in-studio & online class selections, as well as reiki & other one-on-one sessions available, spiritual, physical growth & wellness are within reach of all open to receive.

This was my first experience with Reiki. I will definitely be back for more sessions and to learn more about the other services provided.

From the moment I stepped into the front room I felt welcomed and relaxed. The initial time spent explaining what would happen during the session was greatly appreciated. Throughout the session I felt safe, comfortable and very relaxed. The end of session summary was also a great part of the service.
