  Excellent service and highly skilled staff! Very personable. As someone in the health and wellness industry for 24 years I find them to be absolutely top tier.
  Edit -
  I lift - heavy and often. Consequentially there is a lot of recovery time between and reducing the pain and time involved is key.
  I have been using their infra red saunas and I’ve never slept this well in my entire life. My overall recovery from workouts and pain relief has improved dramatically as well. You have to add this to your routine!

  Kitty was amazing! I highly recommend this place. I have never done anything like this before. I went in right after work feeling a little tight and stressed and I came out feeling alive! Will be back.

  I've been getting stretched here for 3 weeks now and have to say it's amazing! Staff is very friendly, clean facility and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend to anyone whether you're looking to move more fluidly or pain free you have to try this place out! 5 stars because of the exceptional service. Megan and Courtney are amazing!!!

  I've been getting stretched here once a week for a month. I gave this place a shot because I work in construction / the days are long and the work is hard.
  My body is always hurting but getting stretched has taken years off my body. I feel like I'm 22 and nothing can stop me. Being stretched is life changing go do it.

  I had a great stretch and sauna session this week! I workout 5-6 days a week, and get massages regularly. Stretching is the perfect compliment to my self-care routine. I highly recommend it!
