  I called about a tent I found on sale. Some how, there was a mix up and when I got there, the wrong tent had my name on. I was helped by a sales lady and I think a manager, or both where managers, I can't say. All I know is I left with a tent and very pleased with how they took care of me and my being treated as a valuable customer, even though it was a small cheap tent. While I was there, I saw several people come in the store, and I think nearly all left with bags in hand and smiling. The location didn't seem to impress me much as a location for a lot of business, but the service is obviously the reason they stay in business. Another obvious, is when I came to leave a review, I saw a lot of other people had left positive reviews also.. I guess I didn't need to leave my review but I'm already here so I left it.. Never been there before, long way to drive, but I'd go there again..

  The only thing I’d add is an employee or two on the floor, just in case someone has a question. I was in there for like 40 minutes one day just testing chairs, and nobody even said hello. Haha. BUT it WAS a nice nap, so I’ll give it 4 stars.

  Always helpful service to find what you need from their wide variety of quality sporting goods. I shop for just about everything sports/outdoor related here, from shoes, to camping, to baseball, fishing, and sporting arms... They have a great selection. Make sure you use their e-club as you'll almost always have a coupon to save money on their already low prices.
