Rise Rehab and Performance

I have always been fit and had goals for my performance in many sports. I have also suffered through frustrating chronic injuries and a difficult return to fitness postpartum. Before Rise Rehab, I had worked with really great PTs that helped me return to normal daily function after a back injury and twin pregnancy. The difference with Rise is that Martin and Skye treated me like an athlete with no limitations and it has been a breakthrough for my return to strength and confidence. They spend as much time working on my mental fortitude and fears of re-injury as they do on healing. I highly recommend this team for anyone with fitness goals, be they big or small who need not only great PTs but also an inspirational support system.

Dr. Skye was amazing to work with. She really took the time to understand my back pain and made custom sessions to help me heal properly. She helped me get stronger in so many areas to ensure my back issues would not return. She was very encouraging and I could tell she really cared about me and wanted to see me get better. I would recommend Rise Rehab and Performance to anyone that needs a PT that truly cares and will work hard to guarantee a positive experience.

I came to Rise Rehab and Performance because I injured my knee.

After weeks of being in pain and not able to walk properly, I finally decided to see if pt would help me. Dr Harry did a comprehensive assessment to determine what type of therapy I needed and we set up some goals.

Dr Harry is the best! After the first session I started to see improvements. My pain was reduced significantly and was able to walk better. At the end of my program with Dr Harry, I feel great! No longer in pain, met all my goals, and gained more confidence going back to lifting heavy. I no longer worry about my knee during lifts!

Dr. Skye Harry is easily the best PT I have been to in 20 years. She is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very plugged in to the goals and capabilities of her patients. She was able to assess, explore and find the movements I needed to feel better and gain confidence that I could improve some long-standing recurring limitations that I thought I was just going to have to put up with forever.

I cannot recommend her and her practice enough. If anyone has tried physical therapy before but not had the best results go see Skye. She knows what she is doing and is worth the drive from anywhere in the valley!
