  John Lau was very easy to work with when I bought a new car at Acura of Memphis. He was professional and straight forward throughout the process. Highly recommend him specifically. The dealership is also clean and well organized overall.

  In mid August 2019 a friend of mine said he was going to try a Krav Maga class in north Phoenix, he asked me if I would come with. I have wanted to try Krav Maga since the early 90s. I never made it a priority and it was only my "maybe, someday list" which of course means probably never, at least for me.
  I finally went with to the check it out class, I immediately enjoyed it and realized it is so much more than what I imagined it was. For me it's about my health, I've lost 15lbs and 3 inches in my waist. I have gained lean muscle mass via the core board classes, Aleet 24 Burn classes, fight basics classes and the beginner Blue classes.
  The instructor have a very cool way of training, they push me to be a better version of myself. I have pre-existing shoulder & back problems, they have ways to help me train to protect and strengthen my problem areas. I started out unable to do some of the exercises or complete the exercise classes and now I can do most every exercise they ask me to do. and I can do them correctly. The encouragement is incredible and so I want to attend instead of paying for a gym membership and not going because I have no one to be accountable to.
  This locally owned and operated business has me in the best shape of my life and I am physically in the best health of my life. Most people do not believe I am 55 years old. I wish to say thank you especially to Josh, Jenna, Jerry and Vincent you guys somehow know how far to push me without making me even consider quitting. Jay and Joy thank you so much for opening React Defense Systems in Phoenix and for your encouragement as wel. One more big thank you to my classmates, those of you further along in your training for your encouragement.
  Sorry for being so long winded but I really believe in this system and I would like to encourage anyone considering Krav Maga to come React to train. A free test drive is available to you, come give it a try.

  I am very grateful that I found React Defense Systems! I have never trained a more useful, realistic system than what this school offers! This is the best of the best! I have trained many different things in my years, but the Tactical Black training is outstanding! I have finally found a home! If you want to learn a system that will help you mentally and physically, this is the place for you! All of the instructors have years of experience and really know what they are doing. Go check it out if you are looking for the real thing!

  GRATEFUL for the outstanding training at React Defense Systems for 2.5 years now. I have been fortunate to go to all locations and always welcomed. The enthusiasm, creativity, teaching modalities, and staunch dedication of ALL instructors has exceeded my expectations. These instructors are truly experts at their craft, never complacent with success, and always seek ways to provide an even greater level of ingenuity and excellence.
  
  An environment that facilitates people of all levels feel comfortable while developing advancing self-defense skills with staff often tirelessly finding alternative approaches or explanations.
  
  Positive and friendly student base; honored to work with each and every one.

  I am thankful to have professional instructors that teach Krav Maga. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. There are several valley locations that are owned by the same family. This is not free however you get what you pay for and you get out of the training what you put into it. This is not a new school. They are very well established, they have deep roots in the community, and they will be around for many years to come. Come and check it out, you’re not going to regret it!

  Great training by great people! You can train in hand to hand for self defense, or if you’re just looking for a good hard workout, then this is the place for you. If you want to walk in peace with your beach body then I would recommend signing up.
