The owner, Melissa, really cares about helping you achieve your fitness goals through fitness and nutrition plans. It's a great community to be a part of, and I highly recommend it to anyone!

I have been to a lot of different gyms and this one, by far, is the most effective and best gym I’ve ever been a part of! Melissa and her team are professional and so welcoming! TruHit won’t disappoint! Love it!

(June 12, 2020, 3:53 pm)I have never been a “gym person”. I always just ran because it was convenient and free. After moving to AZ and experiencing a summer that was no longer and option. As soon as I walked into TruHit, the owner immediately said, “Hi, I don’t know you, what’s your name”. She walked me through the gym and then had a regular be my teammate (pre Covid). My free trial turned into a membership I paid in full for a year because the accountability and fun of every class. I am now stronger than I ever was just doing cardio, and without training I ran my fastest half marathon due to the HIT work outs.

(June 12, 2020, 12:09 pm)I started out with their free fitness challenge (which is an amazing deal, no gimmicks or heavy sales, just free classes in a friendly environment), and ended up joining the gym. Melissa and her team are amazing! Workouts change daily and keep you on your toes and interested. I actually look forward to ending my workday with a good workout now! Great for beginners too!
