Office staff is incredible. Jennifer is also incredible. Be SURE you understand the success rate of pain pumps and nerve blocks. It will help your in the long run.

Dr. Stearns is an awesome surgeon and one of the hardest working physicians in the business. She is so passionate and gives 100% in all that she does. It’s so refreshing to have an experience with a physician that cares as much as she does and not just about prescribing meds and going down the line. She works hard, as does her staff, to help you make life changing decisions. She offers so many options to treat pain and I love that it does not revolve around taking pills. She is probably the best physician for treating pain and I feel blessed to have her as my doctor. She made me feel so comfortable talking to her and expressing my issues. Jennifer Kiser is amazing as well, probably one of the warmest people I have encountered!

I am only speaking for myself and my personal experience with this office of people. My experience with Dr. Lisa Stearns, and her office staff, is limited. I have only been going to this office for approximately eight (8) months. Jennifer K. the PA, is the doctor that I see most often; she and the other staff members are incredibly caring, professionally happy...pet loving people. They genuinely work to better my quality of life, and not all of that is dependant upon chemistry... They ask questions and wait...patiently...for me to give an answer. I have never once felt like the time that we were sharing was forced, or thought of as a waste by either of them. I have never felt like the time I was scheduled to have, was an infringement on their desire to get to the next person waiting to be seen. I feel appreciated and respected as a whole adult person, patient, and customer, who chose to give them my business. They are sound in their medical knowledge, and truly...truly caring as people.
