Dyson Service Center

Today my wife and I had the most enjoyable customer service experience! We had been researching for about a month for a Dyson V7/Animal battery. After tireless efforts, and unanswered responses, we were SO PLEASED with finding the Dyson Service Center! Chris the staffer who answered our call, answered ALL our questions and concerns. Advised we could come in today for curb-side service. The tech (Chad) was personable and professional! They expedited the replacement, recognized the warranty info, and offered a replacement and install absolutely free of charge! During these tumultuous times battling the pandemic, it is SO REFRESHING experiencing GREAT customer service and assistance! KUDOS to Chris, Chad, and All personnel providing excellent and expert support! Support this business asap!

Wow! Five stars I don’t think so, more like ten! Polite , professional and went above and beyond! The warrenty was out of date by a month or so for our vacuum , but they went ahead gave it a tune-up to have running at optimal performance. In addition provided new part at no cost with quick education on how to make it last. Dyson is pricey, but worth it for this kind of support and service.

Absolute professionals and outstanding customer service. Dyson stands behind their products and the employees at this service center are terrific. Brought in a V10 today for the 2nd time in about 2 years. First time, replaced a failing battery with no questions asked and this time they an issue with the trigger and also installed a new filter—-all under warranty. Dyson is one of those brands I’ll buy for life.

These people are efficient and very easy to work with. I did a trade in for an equivalent machine and I am so happy with it! Highly recommend this service center & very thankful for the excellent work they do.
