I have a 2013 Infiniti JX35 that uhaul installed a plug and play adapter kit on for me.

They had originally overcharged me on accident for a hardwire and even after I paid and was ready to leave, they were completely honest and refunded me my additional $40.

Next day hooked up my trailer and it didn’t work exactly as it should have so I called up to uhaul. They fit me in next day and spent 2+ hours in making it right.

Great experience and integrity and trust is key. Highly recommend. Now we can tow our boat with our suv.

I’ve received help from Jason on two separate occasions. The first interaction, his store did not have the trailer I needed—so without hesitation he directed me to the Highway K location in just enough time before they closed. The second time, I went in and he remembered me from our previous interaction and quickly got me in and out within 10 mins.
