  After taking my car to Good Guys for the past few oil changes, I’ll never take my car anywhere else. As a female, I find that many automotive shops try to talk me into things I don’t really need. I know enough about my vehicle that I can see right through it, but I’ve never once felt lied to or taken advantage of at Good Guys. Gandalf and Brian are truly “good guys” and are upfront and honest about what needs to be done and when it needs to be done. More than once, they’ve invited me into the bay to physically point out things and throughly explain them to me. They have never once charged me for something I don’t need and have even told me I don’t need an oil change (I was 700 miles early but going on a road trip) when it would have been very easy for them to do the work and charge me. I can’t express what a relief it is to finally find a shop in Phoenix that I can trust!

  I have been using Good Guys for more than 15 years. The mechanics , Dan and Dave, are very knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. Tommy, the owner, is a straight shooter who goes beyond what is required to make sure all work is done to customers' satisfaction. Their prices are more than fair, and they have saved my family and me many headaches.. I recommend this repair shop without hesitation.

  We have been taking our vehicles here for over ten years. The mechanics at Good Guys are extremely reliable, trustworthy and honest. I wouldn't even think of taking my vehicle somewhere else.
