Brought my truck in because my check engine light kept coming on. Brian was able to figure out the issue within minutes. Installed it very quickly and was on my way. Light hasn't come on since. Thanks!

Just moved from Colorado and I had stopped in Performance Muffler to have them check something out for me. While it was up on the lift, Brian discovered that I had a leak in my fuel line. Not only that, but Brian and the guys at Performance also found that the moving company had damaged the brackets on my sway bar (they bottomed it out hard when unloading off the semi). Brian not only fixed my fuel line but he also replaced the brackets. I was there less than 30 min. Incredible service! So glad that I found a shop that not only knows what they're doing, but they don't try to rip you off in the process. I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks, Brian!!

I have been taking my truck to a shop just down the road for oil changes and maintenance for years. At 7:00 on a Monday morning I called them and asked if I could get in for an oil change. They said they had an opening at 2:00 on Friday. Wait...what? 5 days out for an oil change? I was begrudgingly going to run to one of those quick lube places. You know, the ones with the "free" car wash. Having recently heard of Rusty's, I decided to give them a try. I was in and out of there with an oil change and a new air filter (which needed replacing, actually) in plenty of time to hit the road later in the afternoon for a quick trip to a conference in California. Thanks Rusty's! This is my new go to shop!

So, I brought my Mazda 6 to another shop, where they replaced the rear shocks, rear rotors, and pads. The day after, I noticed a clicking sound, and I brought it back. They were unable to get the noise to repeat. So I drove for a week and brought it back. Again, they were unable to find the noise.

So, frustrated, I brought the car to Rusty's. After getting the story from me, Brian put it in the air, took the wheel off, and immediately identified the problem. They had not installed the pads correctly, which had damaged the rotors. Hr let me bring the vehicle back to the previous shop without even charging me a diagnostic fee. Unfortunately the other shop refuse to admit fault, and refused to fix their mistake.

I went back to Rusty's, and Brian fixed the brakes at a very fair price in only one day. Although I was extremely frustrated with getting the run-around from the other shop, I'm happy to say that Brian's customer service and quality of work really did help me get back on track, and back on the road. The problem was fixed entirely, and I've already brought my wife's SUV in for an oil change and new shocks, because Rusty's is now my go-to shop.
