So I had to get 4 tires. Then I was told a rim was bent & manager Guy found a rim for me that was reasonably priced. I brought it in today & they put the rim on & were very honest w/me saying that I didnt need an oil change yet. Guy & Joseph are extremely helpful along w/ all of their staff. They gave me excellent service making me smile. Ii will
I arrived at the Mavis Location in Hazlet shortly after opening and was greeted by Guy. He was extremely professional and very helpful. During the removal of my tires the mechanic noticed issues with my vehicle and asked if I would like them to take care of them. I declined only because I have an appointment already scheduled with my mechanic (who actually referred me to Mavis)if not for that appointment I would have used their services. My new tires were put on and then the vehicle was driven to the front door. I was presented with the final bill and given a copy for my records with the rebate offer. All in all great experience and I would highly recommend using them.
The best! They always get you in and out as quickly as possible if they know you are waiting. Terry and Cody are super friendly and nice and tell you exactly what your car needs. I don’t ever feel like they are trying to upsell me at this location. There are so many competitors in close proximity but they are by far the best!! 🙂
I had a minor issue but I thought I would be required to pay the hourly rate. I was surprised to see that there was no charge! Service was quick and efficient. Such a nice bunch of guys too. Highly recommended!
This mechanic is a reputable professional and I greatly appreciate his tact and curtesy. I’ve had mechanics take one look at me as a small female and correctly assume that I know nothing about my car. They would then proceed to take advantage of me and charge me unethically for work that didn’t need to be done. The people here don’t do that and they seem to make every effort to fix my car for the lowest price.
