Outstanding staff at the Cave Creek location. When you walk in you are treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. I'm so glad I found them. It's been a life changer. I highly recommend ITS.

After much reconstruction of the building and medical staff, this treatment program is the best of the best when it comes to medication management. Finally, stable counselors and doctors have been established and patients are able to get the most out of their plans for recovery. My personal appreciation goes to Audrey, as she is an amazing provider, and Anne, as she is a dedicated, understanding counselor.

ITS North has a easy to access location and is very clean and orderly. The nurse at the window named Dina is excellent and I look forward to seeing her when I go. The counselor Moe is very helpful and really down to earth. He's easy to talk to and is a great listener. All of the staff members from Dr. Audrey to the nurses & counselors are all very respectful. They are an integral part of the clinic and are assets.

If you come here and can commit to this program and allow these people into your life I think it can work wonders in your life. After around 4 years at ITS my life is at a complete 180 in the best way possible. Today I have a life that is worth living and I wake up looking forward to what each day will have in store.

I have been at this clinic for 7 years now, and have had several different counselors that were kind but did not feel like they cared much about my path to sobriety and took the time to sit and make a plan to stay proactive and sober until I met Moe. He always has a smile on his face and makes it a point to say hello to everyone he encounters whether they are his clients or not. It is obvious he cares about his clients and actually wants to see them succeed. I can definitely say without a doubt he is the best counselor I have had while being with ITS both North and West clinics. Thank you Moe!

I heard from another client that Denise, the nurse practitioner that (along with others) saved my life, was leaving and I'm heartbroken. She happens to be essentially the face of the clinic, by being the person I see everyday and gives me my dose. I've been to other clinics and infact usually a rather unpleasant experience altogether because of the attitude given by those at other clinics Iv'e been throughout years. Denise makes the experience for everyone there far more positive and not to mention have seen her for weeks now be there all day, essentially holding the place down. I really think upper management should deeply reconsider whatever has made her unhappy enough to leave, because I'm positive she loves what she does and helping people is her passion, and I'm not the only one sincerely upset and worried to see her go!!! Five stars for now at least
