Overall an excellent experience. It was my first time buying a diamond ring and I am so so lucky to have found Brent and his team at House of Diamonds. They were all very personable and made time for us as we had a lot of questions. Brent went above and beyond to help not only with the ring we purchased from him but also helping us resize and clean another ring we had.

After visiting other jewlers in the valley it is safe to say that House of Diamonds is the best by far.

Judy is awesome! I came here with my fiancé to get my ring resized since the one he purchased for me was 1 size bigger. It took about an hour and half for the ring to be resized. Judy kept us company during the waiting period and looked at future wedding bands. She was very genuine, I appreciated how honest and helpful she was. Customer service is superb here! Everyone was extremely nice and friendly!

Today is the second time I've been in House of Diamonds in past month and I just had to write a review. The owner Brent and his brother Lance were incredibly helpful both times and by far the best part about the experience is the overall vibe and attitude of the place. I wish all my upscale retail dealings felt this honest and laid back. Its great leaving a place and feeling good about your experience. If you need to buy engagement ring/jewelery or need something upgraded, cleaned or fixed then I Recommend 100% to put them on your list of places to visit before you decide ! The best experience and knowledge for my engagement ring. It was to be custom made (on a time crunch too) and it came out spectacular. I have referred several people here for their custom jewelry needs and ill be a customer for life because of the way I was treated. Check this place out to see the difference.
