  Everything has been good, now that Sean is the GM. The former GM really put me in a bind and I won't go into detail about it. Sean really worked with me and helped fix a lot of the damage that was done. I appreciate him listening and trying to help me in every way possible. But he also explained everything in detail in reference to the the contracts so I understood it all. I feel more secure and like i can trust this place. I've had some ugly experiences in the past at different gyms with them charging my card continuously after I ended my memberships. I like knockout fitness. I cannot forget to mention Juan. He is a great trainer and very patient. Sean and the rest of the team are great! So far. And I'm good with that. Communication is key and I feel like I've gotten that now that Sean is there.
