  John was excellent from the moment I called. He was very thorough and gave me 4 different options for my brake service ranging from economy to premium choices! He was informative, he WAS NOT pushy, he allowed me to take time and review my options before committing. Overall a excellent experience and I would recommend John Grizzard and Brakes Plus to anyone.

  John was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He worked with me and suggested different options and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each choice. I will be back for any future auto services. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend you ask for John.

  These guys are friendly, honest, and willing to take the time to talk you through what they’ve found. They weren’t forceful to fix anything/everything. Just simply did what I asked, respected my time, and made me feel comfortable with the process. They’ve got a new customer!

  Had a very pleasant experience at brakes plus! Got there early on a Saturday right before the holiday and was immediately greeted by John who went right to helping me! He was courteous and upbeat and being that I’m in no way a morning person I found him to be refreshing to deal with so early ha ha. They let me know what I was looking at within the hour quoted me the price and went to work and I had my car back before the end of the day. Very happy with my experience here I look forward to doing business with them again in the future! Thank you again

  Came in for a quote and a check and they took good care of me with good service. I actually was able to go out and look at by brake pads and see the issues. Highly recommend! Ask for John ????
