I have purchased two properties with Amy as my Realtor. She literally checks all the boxes and then some. The level of customer service she provides is second to none. She is the most kind and personable human being I have ever met, but she is absolutely ruthless when going to bat for her clients and making sure they are not taken advantage of or treated unfairly. She is an expert in her field with so much knowledge and understanding of the business. I recently referred a dear friend, who is elderly and widowed. I knew if she went with any other Realtor, the odds of her being taken advantage of were very high. My friend was wanting to move out of the home she and her late husband had raised their kids in, and move into a smaller home in a retirement community where she could spend the rest of her days. Amy worked tirelessly and was so very patient with my friend, explaining everything to her throughout the process and making sure she could make informed decisions. She never pushed or pressured her into making decisions she wasn't ready for. She went above and beyond, because she knows no other way of doing business.
