“Initially, I had some apprehensions about living here prior to signing my lease due to some of the negative reviews I had read online, however the value was too good to pass up. After living here for a few months, I am happy to report that the management has listened to the feedback and has taken concrete action to address these issues. Thus far, I have not had any significant problems with my utilities and small matters, such as a leaky bathtub faucet, have been promptly fixed. The office staff are all incredibly kind, honest, and hardworking people; though they knew how to sell the complex, they never once pressured me into signing a lease. Their transparency regarding rent and detailed explanations of the leasing process definitely helped swayed my decision towards choosing Sierra Grande. When they say electricity is included in rent, they really mean electricity is included in rent! They take pride in their work and it shows in the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities; though the complex is older, it is well-maintained. Additionally the community here is comprised of friendly and considerate members. Yes, the walls are a little thin; while I don't typically hear my next door neighbors, I can occasionally hear conversations or music from those enjoying the pool. However, this noise is generally limited to the day time and is at a tolerable level. Fair warning that the apartments are best suited for individuals or couples simply based on the size. However, if you fit that criteria, Sierra Grande is truly a hidden gem of a complex and I am still amazed at the quality of the amenities and customer service for the reasonable price of rent. Simply ask for a tour, and you will see what I mean. P.S. Don't be scared by the slightly outdated Southewest decor in the sample apartment! The furniture is super comfy and the appearance can be easily fixed by some couch/chair covers from amazon :)”

“Probably one of the best companies that I have dealt with here in the valley. I have had pest control service for over 10 years and none of them seem to even come close to their customer service. They are always prompt on taking care of my issues in between services. I like how I can set it and forget it and it's comforting to know they're here every month on a recurring plan to help rid my home of scorpions. Its taken a few services, but they were able to control the problem. I recommend these guys and gals for your pest control company”

“Absolutely outstanding service!!! This shop is full of wisdom and expertise!!! I am always skeptical about taking my vehicles into a shop because of some bad experiences, so I always do my own work mechanically. But when it comes to electrical and wires, I'm at a loss. I called and spoke with the assistant manager Sam, by his courtesy over the phone I was immediately convinced to give their shop a try. Both Sam and the manager Cody provided the best service I've ever experienced! They were straight forward and broke down the costs of the service and what it all included so simple for me. In the last two hours of their business hours I thought I was going to have to make an appointment for the next day, but they took my truck in right there on the spot right away! They immediately found the problem to my stereo system and began working the solution. These guys made it look easy with their expertise! Huge respect to Sam and Cody!!! Thanks guys!
