(February 15, 2023, 8:30 pm)Good bodybuilding gym. Lots of free weights and machines. Moderate amount of racks and cardio equipment. Very good price for a drop in fee. I definitely recommend checking it out if you are ever in the North Phoenix metro area.

(October 19, 2022, 10:51 pm)If you’re looking for a weightlifters gym with a ton of cool old school and some new age equipment, this is your spot. It’s definitely not the Starbucks type of facility. If you’re soft, go to LA Fitness. If you wanna throw around some steel, these are your guys.

(June 4, 2021, 5:02 pm)Great gym, owners are very friendly and personable. Great array of equipment. Hardcore environment, not for your big box gym goers. Also has a smoothie/juice/supplement bar if that’s your jam.
