I've been a patient at Desert Pain for several years. I've been to just about all the doctors at this location . I can honestly say I haven't had any problems with any of the doctors. I am currently a patient of Levi Porter. He's a great PA. He never fails to ask how I am & what can he do for me. Everyone from Lisa to Ricky to the doctors have been great! She has gone over her call of duty. Recently I had an ins problem. Lisa jumped in & helped to straighten it out .. I feel very blessed to have found this pain center.
Okay so I love this place and usually I complain everywhere I go. Everyone is so freaken nice! From the front desk, to the middle man, to Levi. Hell I have even seen the other doctor and not one person has ever been nothing but awesome! Wait even the other lady in the first room, I’ll include her too. I like everyone. Great attitudes.
Anything I address is always taken seriously. I’ve always gotten good service from them. I recommend giving this place a try.

The whole staff was wonderful! Ive been to several pain management drs and their staff was very often uncaring and condescending. Their drs didnt listen and didnt care. They had heally nice offices where they tried to upsell you on different treatments and products. Dr Levi is one of the kindest most caring drs ive EVER been to in or out of pain management! I cant say enough good things about this place! Id recomend them to anyone
