When I arrived as a new patient, the front receptionists were very welcoming and provided excellent customer service, especially Dr. Heffelfinger and her assistants who were professional, knowledgable, compassionate, and very helpful. It's been difficult to find an office that provides excellent treatment, and this practice has surpassed my expectations. Dr. Heffelfinger took her time performing a complete eye exam, explaining the results in depth, and delivering exceptional patient care. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I look forward to future visits!

Overall this was a fantastic visit. I hadn't been to the eye doctor in 30 years and my vision had started to get a bit blurry. I was expecting the worst, but Dr. Heffelfinger and her staff were fantastic. They really took the time to explain what was going on with my eyes and the options to correct it, working within the parameters of my insurance. Fantastic experience.
