  I met with Jordan at your north 25th Ave. Store and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The 50 " slimline mounted perfectly in the cabinet that I built for it. It works great and is exactly what we wanted.

  I have never written a google review only put in the stars! But since my service with this company was so amazing I just had to write one. From my first phone call to this company it was an amazing experience. I spoke with Skyler who helped me with sending photos of my issues with my ancient, discontinued, manufacturer no longer in business fireplace. Then since they knew via my photos I emailed them what part I needed which they didn't have the amazing Mark W. Told me the part number I needed and told me to order it online and have it for when the repair person comes to my house. Then Myresha helped me to set up an appt. for the repair. I was given a quote for the service call and an estimate of what the additional part needed would cost. Then came Sam he was the repair person. Very professional showed up on time. Very neat and clean during the repairs I am pretty sure my fireplace was cleaner after he fixed it. He also removed a recalled part of my fireplace and fixed it in addition to the pilot assemble and the thermopile. He did not leave until he made sure everything was working. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. The amazing thing was the cost was exactly what was quoted which I never expected since all communication was done via phone and emails for the estimate. Thank you to Az Fireplaces for taking great care of my fireplace. To anyone looking for repairs I highly recommend this company! Melissa
