  The new manager, Ally, and her team are wonderful!! Had a car accident just before the driveway into the car wash and she and her team, hearing the crash, ran out to help push the car as far as possible out of traffic which ended up blocking the driveway. Ally and a team member diverted traffic waiting for the flatbed tow truck and endured impatient unsympathetic customers while AAA dragged the now 3 wheeled sedan onto the flatbed. Forever grateful for Ally and her team at Francis & Sons for their empathy, support and beverages!!

  This place is clean, people are always friendly & they supply those cool blue towels to dry your vehicle, ya know inside the doors. I really like this place, everything works which is sometimes a issue at car washes.

  After living in the Valley for 25 years, I have seen my share of car wash facilities, and this is the only one I have ever taken the time to review. Francis and Sons is a 5 star top tier one stop shop for a great car wash, and even better service. First is how clean and neat the site is(I am referring to the Baseline location). Next is the friendly and helpful staff. The 3 times I have visited, Asst.Mngr Allie was always on point and running the show with a smile. There was minimal to no wait time for My wash, and I have seen it busy! After a great looking machine wash, the do-it-yourself detail facilities are absolutely impressive to say the least. New air hoses with air pistols at every bay, along with easy to manage and good length vacuum hoses that actually vacuum! and to put the finishing touches on your detail, provided at every bay are fresh clean/damp detail cloths. YES, clean damp new detail cloths! And the most amazing part of all is the prices! You can get a $3 wash or go all the way to a $15 wash. I have done them all, and each was worth every penny and then some. For once I actually look forward to washing my vehicle! Way to run a business Francis & Sons. You are a class act.

  Love this place. Great vacuums! Like myself so many people go to those car washes where you pull in the stall and clean it yourself. But in the long run you actually spend it just as much money if not more as you do in places like this where you pay an amount in drive-thru and it does all the work for you. The car wash is here they have a wide selection anywhere from $3 to $30 but it does all the work for you and does an amazing job. The vacuum stalls are neat and clean and the vacuums are stronger so they do a better job. They even provide microfiber towels for you here. I wish I had given these places a chance a lot sooner than I did and I highly recommend it for everyone
