Kristen was very helpful setting up the service call for an ice machine. Tom came out on a Thursday and did not have all the parts necessary and said he probably could not get back out until Monday due to how busy they were but he made room for us on Friday, worked all day on the machine, got us back up and running for a busy weekend. Great job...
We had issues with our Shake Machine. Tom came up and walked me through what was going on with it and how to produce a better product. He also got us the new part we needed the next day! Thank you Tom and the team for a quick turn around.
