Many times I have felt that auto shops and mechanics have overcharged me, or taken advantage of me being a woman. With GoldStar Driveshaft, they walked me through ever bit of it, explained anything I didnt understand, and charged me a fair and reasonable amount fot both the parts and the customizations I wanted. I got exactly what I wanted, and they made certain I was happy with everything before they even provided me a bill. I really liked that they went over everything with me before they just started ordering parts and doing a bunch of customizations or repairs or services to my vehicle and then surprising and shocking me with a humongous bill when I go to pick it up! That has happened to me several times. Since the City of Phoenix has had nearly the entirety on South Central Avenue torn up for going on two straight years now, supposedly to extend the light rail but have yet to see any signs of it anytime soon- - this torn up, blocked off, shut down, dirty, dusty, loud disaster of a project- - - which btw has been not only been inconvenient, frustrating, irritating and never ending headache for EVERYONE who lives or works or shops or has to drive through that half of Phoenix for the past two years, has not only negatively impacted our community and the families and people who live here, but has been a real problem for the good businesses which are already struggling to keep their doors open since the Covid Epidemic and the Country being shut down and locked down for nearly the past two years on top of it all-- our local businesses have done an outstanding job of looking out for all of us and keeping their businesses afloat and providing all of us with jobs and decent wages to feed our families and keep a roof over our heads!! I personally am very happy with, and proud of, the majority of our local businesses and want to thank them by doing all of my shopping, buying, and business with our local businesses, and showing them the same loyalty and support that they have shown all of us throughout these struggles and difficult times.
