The records dept is a mess. They're only staffed with 2 people which makes the turn around for release of information a month. otherwise ive had no problem. The front desks rotate and are generally super nice. I go for therapy and psychiatry and ive got to say the nurse, psychiatrist, and my therapist are the best and have helped me so much in my life. i will be switching my primary care to them as well soon :) overall pleasant experience.
