  I’ve lived at the Montana for about 2 years now and I’ve had no problems with the apartment or management it’s been an amazing place to live.

  This is a great apartment community and it is very clean and quiet. This is the best gated community off baseline. The staff is friendly and professional.

  Well to start it's a great place nice area. Office management is great. Trinity has been bought out so in with the new. The ladies in the office are wonderful and very helpful. Not lazy and whatever problem you have they will do something about it. Property is clean all the time. Of course unless it rains or have very strong wind throughout the day. Any problems with your apartment maintenance will get it done. It also depends on how you take care of your place. I see people talking about bed bugs. Bed bugs just don't scatter and move around like cockroaches. The only way to get bed bugs into your place is that you brought them there. Whatever your kids or you sat down somewhere or went anywhere probably picked them up on your clothes and took it home. Then that's where it all starts. Also if the apartment was not treated at all before you moved in, then right there is a problem for the company. Because bed bugs just don't happen to show up. All depends on how you take care of your aptm But overall it's a good place. I seen a lot worse and been to a lot worse. But Compared to those this is a great place.
