(June 11, 2019, 2:04 pm)I admired the clean and precision lifted Toyota 4x4 trucks on the dealership showroom floor. After talking with one of the GMs, I found out Rim 1 did the work and was referred to Jim. I learned a lot from Jim about the suspension upgrade options and soon had my 2004 Tacoma 4x4 in his shop getting a full suspension upgrade. I can’t say enough about the shop, employees and workmanship. The truck looks great, drives straight and is a way better ride than the factory suspension. I hope this review opens the door for anyone looking for old school customer service, top of the line products, pro level installation and superior after purchase support.

(April 26, 2019, 3:58 am)These guys have been around the east valley for decades, and Rim 1 still gets it perfectly. Customer Service, Honesty, and a great price. DO yourself a favor and skip past those chain stores that want your brakes and oil change business, and come see the guys at Rim 1 who do wheels and tires better than anyone else! I have had them do dozens of my cars, my friends cars, my family, my friend's family - and EVERY SINGLE ONE has said the same thing - these guys are great!

Wayne and Zach went out of their way to not only find a solution, but find an economical rim that fit my needs. Their service and attention to detail was fantastic. I would recommend anyone looking for custom rims to make them your only choice.
