Last year 2018, I brought Richard from R&L Embroidery 25 turkish towels to have monogrammed for a birthday present. He and all of his staff were professional. He gave me great advice on how, where, size and general thought on my wording. Going to use him again soon for a family reunion to monogram cashmere blankets for 20. So I know he’ll be careful with his machines.
Wow- I wonder if we are all going to the same store? I’ve been taking things there for almost 10 years and have always had great service, with product that turned out wonderful.
I had to order a small order (10) of custom patches to be made in a short time-frame. The people over at R&L Embroidery were able to get the quotes for me quickly, as well as get the artwork set up and the patches made in a couple weeks! Their prices were very fair and were they were timely with their production. Other shops I spoke to would not make those patches or simply wouldn't take the order because of the lower quantity, etc. I recommend for projects like this!
