I don't think I've ever been to a cricket store that had employees that genuinely cared about the service you seeked and still offered options for undecided customers such as myself. Patty and Alex both make a phenomenal team. They were both very informative and efficient with their service. Not only that, they gave a warm welcoming and provided information on a variety of phones that would fit my needs. I'm definitely coming back when I decide to upgrade! Keep up the professional and positive demeanor.

I have always received an excellent service from this company. They are very polite and knowledgeable. Couldn’t charge my phone properly and they simply cleaned the port and they didn’t even charge me for it. Keep up the good job.
