“Had a rough go of it at first. To be honest, if it wasn't for Brian, the director of the service center I would be giving this a one star review. Between staffing shortages and supply shortages its been a rough year for that team. I initially brought the car in for autobody work from a car accident. Couldn't even get anyone else to even look at the car. I will say, that went flawlessly. Figuring it was a good experience, and I had a few recalls to get taken care of, I brought the car back. Things after that deteriorated fairly quickly. I had multiple engine failures after getting it service, and another few disasters following, however, despite all the inconvenience, and while I wish things had progressed much quicker... They finally owned it and took care of the issues. Brian especially (not me referring to myself in the 3rd person) after finally getting involved took care of the issue, and this is important to note. Hopefully Brian will continue developing the team and they'll get the help they need in there. Overall experience was lackluster, but the end outcome in my opinion is what matters. People that will take care of you when things go wrong deserves 5 stars to me.”
