They took the part returned for me and brought the new part in with my refund - also told me that the alignment was not supposed to have been done before (yesterday) which I was not advised of at another place. Very grateful they made time and the extra effort to get the job done and keep me on the road safely! Now I will go back to the other place to get an alignment and they acknowledged they should not have done it yesterday as it needed a new axel.
