“I am not one to write reviews, but I felt it was very necessary in this case! We went to ride now about 3 weeks ago looking to buy a 2021 ranger trail boss. They are very rare and hard to find. We were greeted at the door by Ryan he was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. We told him what we were looking for he let us know that it would have to be ordered and would take 2-3 weeks to come in! He was exactly right it was about 3 weeks. During the 3 week waiting period Ryan kept in touch with us texting me to let me know where we were at on the time frame and then sending me pictures of it being assembled. It was a great experience with everyone we dealt with from Alexis the online sales manager to Matt the General manager, Kyle the service manager and Ryan in sales making sure it was getting done on time! I can’t tell you how happy we were with the whole process! Thank you Ryan for making this a great experience, we will be referring everyone to you!! 5/5 stars for Ryan he is the best to work with!! ? “Tommy it was an absolute pleasure to work with. Tommy took his time to assist me in finding the correct lift for my Silverado. We sat in his office and went over pictures and pricing. I was able to text him with any questions and he always responded in a timely fashion. He along with his mechanic are trustworthy. They found a few obstacles during installation of my lift kit and they kept me updated along the way. They even corrected the issue without extra charge. One of the best perks in dealing with Tommy is they provide lifetime adjustments on their lifts. Just take it to them and they will tighten the bolts at no charge. I highly recommend Tommy and his crew for any lift kit installations.”
