“I was surprised to only see 1 review on google. On yelp there are over 100. I am new to AZ and this was my first experience here. I had a good experience through entire process. I was able to schedule everything on line. Loved that! But because I knew there were some other things that needed to be addressed and my car would be there for a bit I called for a loaner. Justin (Service Director) called me back, answered my questions and confirmed a loaner. The day I arrived, everyone was pleasant and helpful. I found Justin and my loaner was there waiting for me! I got a very user-friendly email/text on the services that were needed and was able to accept or decline if I wanted them. Next my auto status report was emailed to me. On top of all of these items, there were several other special touches they did. I am happy to have found a service place that is friendly, reliable and trustworthy. Thank you!”

“I have been using HPU for almost 2 years now. No issues so far. Orders and parts have been accurate. Have not had any issues with defective parts (knock on wood). They have called me back to answer a parts question. Pricing seems to be competitive for the most part. Love that they are local in my area and I can inspect parts on site. Always get an email fairly quickly when order is ready for pick-up. I can log on and see my order history records. They have been helpful answering general parts questions that I could not obtain on their website such as quantity required, etc... My go to parts department and will keep shopping here. I came in with a small steering/lift issue and within minutes of describing what problems I was experiencing, immediately too my Jeep back to the shop and put on the lift to quickly isolate the issue. Within minutes they had the found the problem and fixed it . I offered to pay for their time and services but they said since it was their lift install, there was no charge. The service was impeccable and I was really impressed on just how professional they all were.
